Goes Places And Does Things My Standard Size Vacuum Never Could

The vacuum came carefully packaged and arrived without any damage. This thing is the beast of the vacuum cleaner world. You can tell at first glance and touch that this vacuum is substantially built and is meant to last for many years of use. Sleek, futuristically designed with all the power of the corded vacuums I have owned. Definitely designed with the user in mind with its variable recharging features, tools, sleek/lightweight features, and washable filters. Great for both the younger and older user alike. Best of all, this jewel makes vacuuming stairs a breeze with its lightweight, highly maneuverable design. We have a sun room that is a pain to vaccum with the larger size vacuum, this makes it an easy job (and a better job). This thing can go and accomplish things many bigger vacuums only wish they could do. I’m not sure what is left to wish for in the performance and functionality of a vacuum. I have arthritis and this thing has absolutely changed my life. A quality product from all aspects…no cord and little effort to use, I totally love it.

Easy to use but noisy on bare floors

I like the stand and how easy it is to get, vacuum and place back on stand to charge. I really like the fluffy head for hardwood floors. I use the regular head for vinyl and tiles. It works better at sweeping up bits of food but it is very noisy when vacuuming with it. It vibrates against the subfloor I think and sense the vibrations.

Excellent Stick Vacuum

This vacuum replaces a Dyson Ball vacuum which I used for over a decade. I am very happy with it overall. I use a robotic vacuum as my primary vacuum and this is for quick jobs. However, I would be happy to use this as my primary vacuum if I didn’t have the robot.

PROS:
(1) Lightweight
(2) Between the two batteries, there is adequate battery life to handle the entire job, even when used on the highest power setting (I only use the highest setting)
(3) Excellent suction ability
(4) Convenient mount for storage/charging
(5) Nice selection of accessories included
(6) Very easy to clean brushes…if you live with somebody who has very long hair, you know how important this is!
(7) Batteries charge quickly

CONS:
(1) No place to store some of the accessories
(2) Bin is not convenient to empty compared to most other vacuums
(3) Not good for sucking up larger items, such as pet food. It can handle cat litter, but nothing larger than that

Love Turbo power

Normally, I’m one of those people who think paying $700 for a vacuum cleaner is nuts. I have friends who have a Dyson stick and I have been unimpressed with its suction and battery life. However, I trust LG as a brand and I’m very pleasantly surprised about how well this cordless stick vacuum cleaner works.

It took two people to figure out how to put the vacuum cleaner together. The directions are very precise, but there are a lot of parts to put on the base. This vacuum cleaner comes with a couple of different attachments, including two different sweepers, one for carpet and the other for hardwood. It also comes with another attachment, so you can vacuum your sheets or comforters, which is awesome! I love that it has two battery packs, so while one is charging you can use the other.

I vacuum daily in my house at as I have two big dogs that shed a lot. So this product makes it very easy to go around and clean up all that hair and even get under furniture.

The vacuum has three different speeds, I prefer using turbo, and the battery for that last about 6 minutes. However, if you use normal mode you can use the vacuum for 20 minutes, which is much better than the 10-minute battery life my friend’s Dyson has.

Overall I’m extremely pleased with the LG Cordzero A9 vacuum. I’m still not sold on the price, but when you compare it to other cordless stick vacuums this one is far superior!

UPDATE 01/09/2020: After using this vacuum for over 2 1/2 months, I’ve had to drop the rating down to 4 stars. Still love Turbo power, but dog hair gets clogged in the cannister and I have to use a butter knife to get it out. So, it’s good for small clean ups, but not big messes.

Decent machine..

Gets down deep and works far better than my relatively new larger model of another brand. Only criticism is that holding tank should hold a bit more solution. As is, only a very small area can be cleaned before needing to empty dirty solution and replace with new. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this product for what it is.

Works great, charge time is fast and battery life is good. Just wish the stand had a storage mount for the 3rd powered brush .

Gooooood

I really like it. The battery last a long time and you don’t have to use turbo to use it. The only thing that would be better is if it had something to help remove the husky hair from it. I could have gotten it’s brother the kompressor but not spending that much money on something that my husky’s hair is going to kill in a year or so. But like the vacuum cleans great

Brush roll stopped spinning after vacuuming whole house

This product is great: light weight, good suction. But not solid at all. The brush roll stopped spinning after couple of weeks.
I don’t know if there is a warranty

Horrible- stopped working after a year.

Wanted to love this but it:

1) was super hard to clean. Like other reviewers said, you often need a stick or to put gloves on and get ready to yank debris out of the container. It defeats the purpose of how it’s supposed to function.

2) it totally broke after a year of very light use.
On a full charge, empty can, and new filter, it works for about 20–30
Seconds, then makes a revving noise and craps out.
I contacted LG for their warranty, but judging by the other reviews, I have zero confidence that this will be repaired.
Save yourself the trouble!
